With installation support ending for Ubuntu 20.04 on January 31st, and entering End of Life on June 30, 2025, an upgrade is needed for all customers by or before that time.
The upgrade process is simple, but can take up to ten minutes per agent, so we recommend upgrading sooner than later to prevent any last minute crunch.
