TE in day-to-day life

Thousand eyes tool has been a constant support to my daily activity from past 6 months since I joined IBM. As a part of Network Reliability Engineering team, below are the three major reasons I login to TE:

1. First tool to login to perform daily health check of the network IBM manages- Feature used: Dashboard.

2. Create various tests to monitor devices/links and identify any hidden issues. Feature used: Endpoint agents.

3. Track and observe repetitive issues. Feature used: Alerts.

I am looking forward to all the new features of TE and have been attending all sessions being arranged regarding the same.
