• Which features do you use, and how long did the implementation take? 
  • We mainly use it for endpoint visibility and our implementation took around 6 months to pay off.
• What business problems did you solve using ThousandEyes? Do you have an interesting use case to share? 
  • We had this terrible end user experience with Microsoft Teams call constantly dropping and stuttering, and after we got TE's end-user agent running we were able to identify the root cause was not the network, well...at least for most part, go figure :).
  • Using TE's we were able to see that we had numerous issues and not just one:
    • ISP's latency and constant packet loss affecting Zscaler
    • Endpoint CPU spikes during calls
    • Speed and Duplex change on endpoints due to bad windows drivers
• What do you like most about the ThousandEyes platform? 
  • It's super easy to drill down to data once you fully understand it.
• Do you have any exciting plans with the ThousandEyes platform?  
  • Oh yeah, expand our internet visibility and have more end-points and enterprise agents.
