All, sharing some feedback from a recent in-office session we did with our customers on a ThousandEyes workshop.
- Which features do you use and how long did the implementation take?
- The test agents were deployed within an hour on Raspberry Pi devices by the customers, they followed a prompt and were able to set up HTTP page-load tests on their employee domains. This way, they were able to monitor their uptime and look for issues within the network.
- What business problems did you solve using ThousandEyes? Do you have an interesting use case to share?
- Most customers use TE for network monitoring and visibility, customers that are hybrid are especially benefitted from the solution.
- What do you like most about the ThousandEyes platform?
- The scope of visibility beyond one's own network is truly remarkable and sets thousandeyes apart as a observability platform.
- Do you have exciting plans with the ThousandEyes platform?
- I'm excited to see with the addition of Splunk within the Cisco portfolio, our visibility with ThousandEyes should be bolstered and deliver additional value.
