Which features do you use, and how long did the implementation take?
-We are using Thousandeyes Internet and Wan monitoring, using Enterprise Agent and End point Agent. We are visualizing and evaluating the response status of each site. In addition, we are improving operations by visualizing the usage status of communication tools such as Teams.The start of using agent went smoothly.
What business problems did you solve using ThousandEyes? Do you have an interesting use case to share?
-In major business communications, we evaluate each site and improve bottlenecks through response visualization. In particular, when a transient network failure occurred, the response was often delayed, but by implementing ThosandEyes, there was no oversight of the event and the response load was reduced.
What do you like most about the ThousandEyes platform?
-A place where events can be evaluated smoothly and consistently on a single time axis from L3 to L7. It's simple, but I think it's a clear strength.
