• Which features do you use and how long did the implementation take?
  • We extensively use web(http server/pageload), Network, DNS, etc. We had implemented thousandeyes about 4-5 years back and we are still using it. It is very easy to setup for synthetics tests
• What business problems did you solve using ThousandEyes? Do you have an interesting use case to share?
  • All of our synthetics depend on thousandeyes. Network team was unable to find network related synthetics tests on any platform but when they connected with us, we showed them that in thousandeyes, they were very impressed by the metrics and ease of implementation it has

  • We have expanded the scope to include more tests and we continue to leverage the features of this tool
