  • Which features do you use, and how long did the implementation take? Availability and performance for network services, 6-8 months.
  • What business problems did you solve using ThousandEyes? Do you have an interesting use case to share? The ability to measure network protocol response times. Allow poorly performing services, like FTP servers, to be spotted and fixed.
  • What do you like most about the ThousandEyes platform? Easy to navigate and get the data you need.
  • Do you have any exciting plans with the ThousandEyes platform?  Plan to expand the features used and also extends to cloud networks.

@ben.myatt - thanks for sharing! I also love how easy and informative the different views are. Someone on the boards called it 'magic glasses' for the internet and I love that term.
