We used this by integrating the ThousandEyes Endpoint Agent with RoomOS devices . it offers a level of visibility into Internet traffic and connectivity previously unseen. As users initiate Webex conference calls on RoomOS devices, ThousandEyes Endpoint Agents automatically activate the ASTs, providing real-time monitoring of the network paths these tools traverse.
- Which features do you use, and how long did the implementation take?
Almost all except Internet Insights and Devices tab. We implemented ThousandEyes for 56 Room Devices and many endpoint agents. It took us almost 4 to 5 momths implement the solution. - What business problems did you solve using ThousandEyes? Do you have an interesting use case to share?
We've solved many business problems. One of the more interesting ones pertains to the Operation insights and real time troubleshooting and network metrics visibility.
