We are facing the issue when we conduct webEx session over LAN,

When we schedule Microsoft teams session over LAN and WAN, We are getting screen freeze and disconnecting frequently .We found Root Cause by thousand eyes. During the teams call we captured the logs which shows the ISP issue ,After the 5 to 6 hops we are getting drops on WAN Link.The issue has been resolved by ISP.
