New cloud agents will also be occasionally announced in our changelogs, like this example: https://docs.thousandeyes.com/whats-new/changelog#new-cloud-agents-1

Not quite what was asked but when we update cloud agent IP ranges, or do maintenance on existing cloud agents the changes will be posted on: https://status.thousandeyes.com/
