ESA: 外部ブロックリストによるSBRSの低下

Senderbase Reputation Score(SBRS)の算出には外部のブロックリストの情報も使われています。そのため、IPアドレスがそれらのブロックリストに登録されていると、SBRSも低くなります。

An important component of the SBRS score for any IP address is its presence on other DNS-based blocklists.
Some of the main DNS-based blocklists "families" used by SenderBase include:
PBL (Spamhaus Policy Block List): https://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/

例えば、以下のようにSpamhausのPBL(Policy Blocklist)にIPが登録されていると、SBRSも低下します。

外部のブロックリストに自身のIPアドレスが登録されている場合、そのブロックリストからの解除申請はお客様自身で対応する必要があります。外部ブロックリストの問題が解決すれば、SBRSも自動的に改善します。
