1. はじめに
Firepower 7000,8000シリーズにおいて、Health系のメッセージが発生するケースがございます。本 topic では、このハードウェア系のアラートがあがった際に、初期対応としてSR open時に取得いただきたいログのコマンドを紹介いたします。
※ 本 topic は Firepower 7110 で動作確認を行っております。
2. ハードウェアに関するアラート発生時の初期確認コマンド
ハードウェアアラート発生に関するSR open に際して、いくつか取得いただきたい出力ログがございます。該当のFirepowerにCLIアクセス後、expertコマンドでモードを変更します。その後、root権限へ変更後、下記のようにコマンドを実行します。
