AWS 様の Market Place から CSR1000v を購入されても、Cisco TAC Support のサービスは付属しておりませんのでご注意ください。
AWS 様の Market Place で購入可能な CSR1000v には BYOL(Bring Your Own License) の CSR1000v と、BYOL でない既にライセンスがインストールされている CSR1000v があります。
BYOL についてはご自身で License を購入して頂くものです。
BYOL でない既にライセンスがインストールされている CSR1000v については、ライセンスはインストールされていますが Cisco TAC Support のサービスは付属しておりません。
そのため、Cisco TAC Support のサービスが必要な場合は BYOL の CSR1000v にご自身で購入されたライセンスをインストールしてください。
