Hello,
How is user's password encrypted when AddUserConfig (/cloupia/api-v2/user) REST is called? When I send it as a plain text, it does not match when the user tries to login. However, I saw in REST API Browser, that there is some encryption going on in background when sending data directly from it (password inside xml is not the same I specified in the form, so it's modfied before it's sent). What is the cipher used?
Cheers,
Krzysztof

I think it is
AES 128 bit encryption with 3 byte salt format

Do you happen to have any samples of generating that password using shell tools? I played with openssl and gpg, but I cannot make it work. Every time I generate the password (using different options around eas128) and add an user with API, that user cannot log in.
