UCS Director Fenced Container How to reuse vlans?

Hello people, I have a customer and they are an University, They want to use Fenced Containers for student labs (similar dcloud in Cisco). But I have problems when I created the Fenced Container for second time this is the error:

I think that source problem is for this table: (Policies-Virtual/Hypervisor Policies-Network)

I would assume the first try was not rolled back and all of the reservations did not get cleaned out.
