So we’ve been testing Umbrella. I’ve established five different IPSec tunnels in Umbrella to various networks. All had been fine, with all the tunnels active for weeks. For some unknown (to me) reason, one of the tunnels went from active state to unknown.
I’ve checked with the network team on the other side of that tunnel…no changes.
The only difference for these tunnels is the four that remained active, they had the same “Data Center” location in Umbrella Tunnel settings. The one that went from active to unknown is set to a different “Data Center”.
Any ideas on what happened or where to check? I don’t want to recreate the tunnel without knowing the cause for this change…since it could just happen again.
