401 Unauthorized Unity 8.6.2.20000-76

Using Unity 8.6.2.20000-76 and Exchange 2003 & 2010.

I have several users with this problem but for brevity will discuss only two.  Both users mailboxes are lcoated on the Exchange 2003 server.  User1 get VM's delivered to inbox succesffuly, and a test of User1's account from the Unified Messages Account Status screen completes successfully.  User2 on the other hand does not get VM's delivered to their mailbox.  The test from the Unified Messages Account Status screen fails with a 401 Unathorized message.

Both of these mailboxes are lcoated on the same information store.  The unity service account has full mailbox permissions to both mailboxes and is not locked out which is obvious as it can access user1's mailbox.

Here is a copy of the failed test.

HTTP status=[401 Unauthorized] diagnostic=[Bad response from server, HTTP code  returned: 401] url=[https://exchange2003/exchange/user2@domain.com//exchange2003/exchange/user2@domain.com]  request=[<?xml version="1.0"?> <D:propfind xmlns:D="DAV:"  xmlns:fh="urn:schemas:httpmail:"  xmlns:h="http://schemas.microsoft.com/repl/"> <D:prop>  <fh:msgfolderroot/> </D:prop> </D:propfind> ]  response=[<HTML> <HEAD> <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type"  CONTENT="text/html; charset=utf-8"> </HEAD>  <body><h2>HTTP/1.1 401  Unauthorized</h2></body></HTML>]

I'm kind of at a loss at this point as to whats going on.  It appears to be an exchange issue but it doesnt make sense that the service account can access one users mailbox and not the other when the permissions are exactly the same.

If anyone has any ideas that would be helpful they wold be greatly appreciated.
