Just performed upgrade from 3.1(6) to 4.0(3) SR1. When trying to open Active Assistant, I am getting a HTTP 404-File not found error. Any ideas what might cause this?

The Active Assistant has been replaced by the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant. Take a look at:

Thanks, it turned out that the IIS lockdown tool didn't have the .jsp & .do extensions in the "allow" urlscan.ini file. Now it is coming up with the PCA login screen with a warning of "unable to contact server". Also, in the system log this error is being logged..... I didn't see anything in the document above that addressed this. Any ideas?
The server was unable to logon the Windows NT account 'IUSR_ALIA' due to the following error: Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer. The data is the error code.
