CUCM Version 8.6.2 CUEAC version 9.0.1
I am new to Attendant Console and how it works. However, the operator when logging into the PC Based application tells me the database connected immediately and she could see the DN status in the upper window of the application. Now when she logs in the database takes 20-30 seconds to connect and the DN status is now question marks.
After reading numerous troubleshooting guides, I'm stuck. Most of the guides indicate Telephony Call Dispatcher (TCD) needs to be started/restarted, however in version 8.6 of CUCM I don't think that service exists.
I have access to the web admin page of the Attendant Console Server.
Any suggestions for getting this fixed or how to go about further defining the issue.
