Cisco Unity 4.0 working with Citrix/Exchange 2003

I have a customer who wishes to access their unified messaging indox on MS Exchange 2003 using Citrix.

Has anybody managed to get this working? and if so, what versions of Cisco Unity, Citrix have you used.

Hi Mark,

I think you ask for Viewmail, right?

First, we are not using Exch. 2003 until now, but Unity 4.03.

Viewmail works fine with Citrix, but is not supported by Cisco.

I am not a Citrix expert, so how do you load the viewmail client on to Citrix? and what version of Citrix are you using?

I am using CM 3.2, Unity 4.0.3, Exchange 2003, and my users connect to a Windows 2000 / Citrix Metaframe XP server. They connect using Citrix clients and get their voicemails inside of Outlook. I have the sound set at medium quality and they are very clear.

Keep in mind all these services are running on different servers. 4 servers: CM, Unity, Exchange, and Citrix.
