We have been receiving a lot of spam calls, leaving messages in the Chinese language in our unity mailboxes.
The offenders are spoofing their incoming numbers so that I cannot block them.
I had thought since these are likely robocalls, I could possibly send ring no answer call to an IVR, which prompts the user to press 1 to continue to leave a message. This would stop the robocalls as they have no way to press the option.
However, I cannot seem to make this work, either by creating a call handler or using 3rd party IVR. Each time the option is pressed, calls land at the main greeting for unity, I assume because no match was found incoming, the call was not sending original dialed number, but original dialing number.
Any ideas on this at all?
