CUCILYNC Outlook Email Click to Call

We have a Lync Server Installation with the lync + cucilync client.

We also installed the Click to Call Addin to all Office Programmes.

The Click to Call Button in Outlook works fine when I want to call somebody from the Outlook Contacts.

But when I want to call somebody who send me an email the button doesn't work.

Even when I have the email sender in my outlook contacts it still doesn't work.

Can anybody help me to fix that problem ?

Hi,

The email call feature only searches the global address list.  It will not display phone numbers for local contacts.  To call a local contact you will need to perform the call action from the contacts view.

I had created a enhancement request for a future product release based on your request.
