CUE Prompts configured on Script was not playing during call

Hi Everyone,

Good Day. For your kind assistance, I configured a Auto attendant (1400) on CUE, when I call 1400 there was no prompt was playing even thru I configured it on the script. All my CTI and CTI route point are registered also when I call,  it successfully established however I heard no prompt.

PS: CUE is newly configured.

Hello,

Two things to check:

1. Connectivity and routing between CUE and IP Phones.

2. Prompts format, I usually prefer to use the CUCM to convert the files. You can refer to the link below for more info: http://bhatkoti.com/2009/01/08/how-to-download-music-on-hold-moh-file-from-ccm5x-6x-7x-server/
