The CKM menus only go down to the main menu, message playback (header/body/footer), after message menu and setup menu. They do not go down into sub setup menu levels.
As such you can disable the option to review old messages (3) off the main menu but you can't go down to the saved message menu and disable _only_ access to deleted messages.
You can turn off 422 though - on the last tab (SEtup) you can uncheck the "2 Fax Delivery" option under Message Settings - this will do what you want there at any rate.
