IPPM (Presence XML application) and dialing

Dear Sr:

When using IPPM on the phone, where the IPPM looks for the phone number to dial an extension?

If i am using overlapping dial plan, how can I ask IPPM to dial full number instead of the extension?

It looks up the DN by user ID.  Right now, IPPM does not have any feature to manipulate the digits.  You'll have to do it on CUCM or Gateway.
