I've limited the user options on the CCMUSER webpage, such as plugins, in the user admin portion of call manager. When the end users log in to the ccmuser webpage, they still see the link, but when they click on it, the get a page that states they do not have access to that feature. Can I just edit the webpage so I can remove the links so the users can not see them?

You can only modify the CCMUser page via the parameters in CCMAdmin.
No way to modify anything else or to change the actual code of the pages.
