I know that one number its going to call to a number in my CUCM and i need to send all the call that a going to recive from that number to an specific phone.
can i make this in the CUCM? and how should i Do it?
If it's a DID, configure the DN as appropriate and the rest of the call routing, if it's not already configured.
If not, do any digit manipulation that is required to match the external number to the internal DN.
