Unity 4.0(3) install with Dialogic D41EPCI boards

If I do a dual install (CallManager & Nortel PBX) using 1 Dialogic D41EPCI boards, what would be the procedure for adding three more Dialogic D41EPCI cards to the system when they arrive?
