Unity Connection 1.2 to 2.1 Mirgration

does anyone have any experience with license’s when upgrading unity connection 1.2 to 2.1

I need to know if the license’s that were bought for unity connection 1.2 will transfer to 2.1, and what is needed to make these license’s transfer.

I have been trying to find documentation outlining the process in regards to licensing, but so far have come up empty handed.

If its for a migration, you can email licensing@cisco.com and request a 60 temp license. Be sure to include your SmartNet Contract

and MAC address of the Unity server (old and new).

Beware, the licensing group is going through some kind of re-org right now and they are super slow.  I highly recommend opening a ticket after 5pm PST time to get the Australia team.
