hi all,
i have reinstall cisco unity connection 2.1, and now i am not able to save my personal greetings in system call handler .. right now if i browse greeting file and save it and i again check the greeting, the play button shows disable,
before reinstalling i was able to save file and it was fine but now its not ..
now if i dial my cti route point number & i get msg which is keep repeating that extension 600(CTI Ext) is not available ...
can any one help me out wats the problem ?/?
