Unity UM 4.0(5) doesn't follow schedule for closed greeting

Customer is running Unity Unified Mesagging 4.0(5) with 13 locations, about every 5-6 weeks we find the after hours “closed” Call Handler Opening Greeting is not playing for a particular location, instead the day-time greeting plays. Funny part is problem doesn’t effect all locations. I fixed it once by Stopping/Starting Unity, anyone else seen this problem?

It happened again last night and nothing we did resolved it, we even rebooted Unity 3 itmes, customer was going to look at it more Monday.

Since we have multiple locations, I coped the Call Hander Opening Greeting, each location has it's own Opening Greeting with a custom "Closed" greeting. The other 12 sites played their after-hours greeting, it was just this one site. Last time it was a different site not paying attention to the time of day and playing the wrong greeting at the wrong time!
