unfortunately, I get an error message if Im activating the VisualVoicemail service on IP Phone 8845.
Following steps I have done:
- Phone service configuration:
• Service Name—VisualVoiceMail.
• ASCII Service Name—VisualVoiceMail.
• Service URL—Application:Cisco/VisualVoiceMail.
• Service Category—XML Service
• Service Type—Messages
• Parameter Name-voicemail_server
• Parameter Display Name-voicemail_server
• Default Value-IP of the primary Unity Server
• Parameter Description-primary Unity Server
- Subscribe VisualVoicemail service on IP Phone 8845
Error message: "Error signing in. Server unavailable. Your extensionis: <Phone number>. Server name: CUC Primary IP
