Web dialer method CUCM provides this service has used for audio call. Two alternative links listed as below:
1. The first choice doesn't supply redundancy and provided that CUCM Pub webdialer service is down, it cannot work.
https://<IP Address of CUCM Pub>/webdialer/services/WebdialerSoapService
2. The second choice is that there are six call processing servers under the FQDN. We want to transition from choice 1 to choice 2. The link is broken.
https://FQDN:8443/webdialer/services/WebdialerSoapService
https://FQDN:8080/webdialer/services/WebdialerSoapService
Webdialer controlled for FQDN Option and also work correctly.
