I have the following setup :
Fresh Installation of IMP Cluster.
Version: 12.5 SU3
IMP1: vmsa-presencepub01-example.com
IMP2: vmtz-presencesub01-example.com
User A assigned to IMP1 : user1test
User B assigned to IMP2 : user3test
Issue :
When User A sends a message to User B he gets an error message: message could not be delivered. It doesn't matter if user B is offline or online. Also Presence Status is not showing in both directions.
In XCP router logs I see the following error :

I have attached the XCP Router Logs. Timestamp of issue 7:50
When User B is assigned to IMP1 everything is working with no problems. I have restarted the Services, checked DB Replication, even reinstalled IMP Cluster. There is no Firewall between IMP Nodes.
I hope someone has some Idea what could cause this issue.
