Login to Unity Inbox Portal using Directory URI and Password

Hi experts, needs some help in setting up authentication option for Unity(11.5).

Have configured AXL server and i can pull users from CUCM, however i cannot login to Unity Inbox portal using the user's directory URI and password configured in CUCM.

Was able to achieve by configuring LDAP Sync and LDAP authentication in Unity.
