What features of Catalyst Center will not work if there is no internet connectivity provided to the appliance.

Does Cisco Catalyst Center give any APIs to export wireless client's Wi-Fi location that it uses to build their location 3D wireless analyzer?Or do i have to invest in Cisco Spaces for it?

Catalyst Center uses cloud for its AI Analytics piece and as far as i know its hosted in AWS but is a location list shared?What would be the AWS location for a catalyst center deployment on US west coast?Any latency requirements?
