@EMU_IT I think it's a narrative summary line with two different slices of data being displayed as if one coherent stat (which doesn't seem to be the case).
The whole point of dual-MX + dual-ISP is to eliminate single points of failure. If both MX WAN links terminate on the same physical chassis (even a 6509 with redundant sup/PSUs), you've reintroduced one: a supervisor failover bug, a bad config push, ...
