Orange led light C220 m3

Hello all  Suddenly, I turn on my cisco c220 m3 server and this light came up on. I can not plug any cable, USB, or even VGA nothing works but it turns on.  The orange light on d38 r1075Please see the attached Pic. Any idea of the problem?
