WCS to NCS Prime migration strategy

Is there anyway to migrate off of WCS to Prime NCS? We have a fully built WCS system with maps and all configs and was wondering if there was a way to restore to NCS.

Does anyone know if it is possible to use an 5508 WLC running version  7.0.116.0 as a DNS box?? Was not able to find anything in the config  guide.
