Currently if I am on a call the phone just flashes when an additional call comes in. I need it to also ring, is that possible?

I have a set of Cisco 3524XL switch and a Linksys SRW2024P switch. When I plug the 4 cisco 3524XL switches directly into the Linksys and VoIP phones off the 3524XL's I get jitter in the converstations, remote desktop becomes choppy on the screen up...

The issue is it's the recepionist phone and she doesn't sit there watching her phone but expects it to ring if she is on another call (and not looking at her phone), plus other people cannot hear the phone ring to know to pick up as well. Hopefully...
