While in a meeting the option to turn off the tone when participants join a meeting has been removed. I have looked under more options and the paticipants panel with no luck. Has anyone found where that option is now in the new suite?

We have a need to start a breakout session that only the panelists (Council members) and host can join. Is it possible to prevent attendees from joining a breakout session once breakout sessions have started?

In the latest What's new for the latest channel of Webex Meetings it was annouced that cloud devices can now join webinars as attendees. Does that include room kits as well? https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/xcwws1/
Have your Webex Admin check the settings in the control hub. I have meetings go over all the time and it never kicks us out. I assume there is a setting that needs to be turned off to prevent the meetings from ending on the hour.
You do it from the webex portal AFTER you save the webinar. Scroll to the bottom until you see Attendee view during practice session. Your document should be less than 1MB.
