Webinars Breakout Sessions

Whenever I enable breakout sessions in  a webinar I only see the panelists and cannot assign the attendees to a breakout session. Is that the way it's supposed to work? I thought you would be able to assign the attendee to a session much the same way in a meeting.

Wondering if the issue with the breakout rooms has been fixed.  We are looking to use Webex Webinar for a networking session and want to use breakout rooms.  We attempted to test yesterday - it didn't work - but hoping there is a work around or we did something wrong.

Cisco will hopefully be releasing a possible fix for that in v43.1 (within 2 weeks). They half-*ssed it probably not expecting anyone to notice. They also didn't include a way to automatically assign users to groups like you can with meetings.
