I figured it out. I had to give the CCM*** users full control security rights on the input folder. As soon as I did that it took the file. Thanks anyways.

For some reason the .wav file isn't being converted or removed from the input directory. Are there any limitations to the file size (this one is 35m) or any other troubleshooting I can do to see why it's not being pulled?
