I have been trying to access the CML in the sandbox but I am not able to reserver the labs, I had a reservation but I cannot seems to access them either. Any idea when the issue will be resolved. Everytime I try to lauch it, I get the following error...

Yes that is the point. On a transit router I am trying to direct the traffic through a different path than selected by EIGRP.
