Our Jabber on MACs lists the recent calls in military time, how do I change this?

Anyone had any experience with Jabra wireless headsets and 7942 phones.  I cannot get the headset button on the phone to stay on so that the Jabra buttons can be used.  I enabled the Wireless Hookswitch Control, is there something else that I am miss...
