2960 switch is DEAD

I have 2 2960 switches that have been TOTALLY wiped out!  They boot to rommon mode.  When the IOS gets wiped, usually I can restore it using xmodem.  However, this time when I try copy xmodem flash:filename  it says xmodem:  no such device.   So here...
