I removed and added the cEdge many times. Also removed and added templates but nothing helped. Eventually lowering the on cEdge from 17.16.01a to 17.9.8 resolved the issue.
Using lower version 17.9.8 worked and I was able to push templates successfully. I am not sure how it worked previously with 17.16.01a version. Thanks for the suggestion. Regards,
May be you wanted to try from another computer and see. It didn't worked on the initially on the computer I wanted to used at. Or may be if you have any existing VPN running in background or firewall in the way may be an issue.
