I had this issue. The user had a special character in their password. Changed password and now it works

This is a Custom Stock Report that I have created. I have checked all the permissions/security and all appears to be ok. This is a Permalink within Finesse. Not sure which Permalink to include...html or xml? Does it matter?Any thoughts?

Try changing the password for the user. Don't use special characters in the password. Finesse doesn't like :, ; or the @sign.

Finesse would not load the default reports. Come to find out, the user had a semi colon in there password.
