i had a BGP peer and we want to use MD5 authentication in between. I'm 100% sure we use the same password, but I keep recieving the "Invalid MD5 digest" message from the peer. Don't know what's going wrong. anybody has an idea?

we found the problem. my bgp peer has a traffic shaper in front of his router, that device will change the tcp sequence number which leads to the failure of the authentication. he didn't mention that at the beginning. Thanks anyway
