I have several call types defined in the IPCC configuration manager that are not displaying as choices in the webview reporting tool?
When adding a skill group to an agent in IPCC Enterprise 7.1.4, I receive an error "The agent has exceeded the maximum supported value 0 for Skill Groups per agent" Where is this limit set?
I have an IPCC 7.1 installation that is allowing Agents to log into CTIOS with an instrument that is not a defined Device Target. I would expect an error when logging in?
